Narrative is the fifty-seventh skill (assuming read left to right) in the language tree for Turkish. It has a two lessons and teaches the narrative tense, commonly referred to as the past reported tense. It also teaches a variety of new verbs.
Grammar Notes[]
The past reported tense is used for past events that the speaker has not directly witnessed. This means that they heard it from someone else, it may not have happened at all, or the speaker has some doubt about the action in question.
The verb tense ending for this tense is -mIş, followed by a regular personal ending.
