Verbs:Future is the fifty-second skill (assuming read left to right) in the Spanish language tree. There are six lessons, and the skill teaches another form of the future tense in Spanish.

Grammar NotesEdit

The simple future tense - the tense that is taught in this skill - is the formal equivalent of the ir + a future tense studied earlier. It is formed by taking the infinitive form of the verb and adding an ending depending on the subject:

Pronoun Ending
él, ella, usted
nosotros/nosotras -emos
vosotros/vosotras -éis
ellos, ellas, ustedes -án

There are also a few irregular forms in addition to this, but they are thankfully rather commonly used. A few that are encountered in this skill are:

  • tener -> tendr-
  • venir -> vendr-
  • haber -> habr-
  • hacer -> har-
  • decir -> dir-
