まだ... = still ... [for positive phrases]; still (not) ... / (not) ... yet [for negative phrases]
Example:
まだ眠い = I'm still sleepy [From Skill: Feelings 2, Lesson 1]
まだ眠くない = I am still not / not yet sleepy
