Intro 3 is the fifteenth skill (assuming read left to right) in the Japanese language course. It has six lessons and introduces many other common sentences and basic Japanese grammar.

Grammar Notes[]

Sentence tags[]

Some sentences in Japanese have tags at the end to indicate the intention of the speaker. Two are introduced in this skill: ね and よ.

  • ね means that the speaker is unsure of the statement but not directly asking. The closest equivalent in English is adding "isn't it?" or "right?" at the end of a sentence.
  • よ means that the speaker
