Adjectives: Intro is the seventh skill (assuming read left to right) in the language tree for Hebrew. It has three lessons and teaches how to use adjectives for other genders as well as in plural.
Grammar Notes[]
In Hebrew, adjectives go after the nouns they modify, unlike in English. Also unlike English, they change slightly when they refer to masculine nouns, feminine nouns, or nouns in the plural:
Singular | Plural | |
---|---|---|
Masculine | - | ים- |
Feminine | ה- | ות- |
If the adjective ends in an ה- in the masculine, then the feminine will be the same, but pronounced differently.
