Community is the forty-second skill in the language tree for German. It has five lessons, and its subject is describing buildings, neighbourhoods, and neighbours.

Changeable nouns in other cases[]
This skill introduces a handful of masculine nouns that gain an -(e)n in other cases:
- Sein Name ist schön. but Ich mag seinen Namen.
- Mein Nachbar heißt Hans. but Ich kenne deinen Nachbarn nicht.
A lot of them end in -e, -t or -r. Here's a list of the ones in this skill:
- der Junge -> den Jungen
- der Name -> den Namen
- der Bär -> den Bären
- der Nachbar -> den Nachbarn
- der Herr -> den Herrn
- der Kollege -> den Kollegen (only if it's a male colleague!)
- der Student -> den Studenten
- der Elefant -> den Elefanten
Zu viele Menschen (oder Leute, oder Personen, oder...)[]
German has three words that are used to refer to people:
- Menschen (singular: der Mensch) literally means humans or human beings
- Leute (always plural) means a group of people, usually large
- Personen (singular: die Person) usually isn't used to refer to groups, but if it is, it's usually with a small, countable number.
