Filipino is a native language of some 28 million people from the northern Philippines. Closely related to Tagalog, this language is one of the national languages of the Philippines, along with Tagalog and English.[1] This page is somewhat outdated as of 2024, as the Tagalog course has been removed from the Duolingo app.
