Adverbs is the twenty-ninth (assuming left to right) skill in the Dutch language tree. In the five lessons of this skill, the learner of Dutch is introduced to adverbs; these parts of speech modify verbs, adjectives, and/or other adverbs. Dutch doesn't differentiate between adjectives and adverbs, so snel can be fast or quickly.
